Snoop Dogg announced as crypto casino’s new Chief Ganjaroo

Rap star Snoop Dogg is the latest big name from the world of entertainment to partner with a crypto casino after he became the Chief Ganjaroo for Roobet.

Through the new deal, Snoop Dogg will be partnering with both Roobet and its parent company Raw Entertainment, with the rapper already having a lot of prior Web3 experience.

“Turns out, I’ve been a kangaroo this entire time,” said Snoop Dogg in a statement released to mark the launch of the new partnership with the crypto casino site. “These guys are doing something different. This partnership just feels natural, and we’re going to blaze a trail for the future of online entertainment.

“I been sayin’ Roooooo for a long time now – they bring the ultimate player experience, we share the love of doing new things, and we care about our fans – so together we’re gonna change the game and do it better than it’s ever been done.”

The idea between Snoop Dogg joining forces with the crypto casino is that it will help Roobet to succeed in the site’s aim: to update the way the worlds of entertainment and iGaming intersect.

To celebrate the partnership with Snoop Dogg, the crypto casino is making available a $100,000 cash prize raffle. Backstage passes to Snoop’s shows are up for grabs along with opportunities to meet the man himself, while the crypto casino is also launching new special welcome deals.

Roobet co-founder Matt Duea explained that the crypto casino is trying to “push the boundaries of what a gaming brand can be”, describing 51-year-old star Snoop Dogg as “a real visionary”.

He added in a statement: “Together, we’re going to truly revolutionize the online entertainment experience. Our community means everything to us, and we’re committed to providing them with the most exciting and immersive online casino experience out there. With Snoop by our side, the future of digital entertainment is looking brighter than ever. Get ready!”

Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., has sold more than 35 million albums worldwide with his top hits including What’s My Name? and Gin and Juice. “You already know what happens when the Dogg is on it,” said the crypto casino’s new Chief Ganjaroo.

Roobet combines an online sportsbook with a crypto casino operation that provides more than 3,000 different games for users to try out, with the site growing fast since launching in 2019.
