SOFTSWISS reveals crypto casino insights
New crypto casino insights have been revealed by a fresh report from an industry powerhouse.
SOFTSWISS offers certified software solutions for managing gaming operations and its bitcoin-optimised online casino solution was the first in the world when it launched in 2013.
It now has its own in-game currency conversion feature, which lets players at crypto casino sites convert their crypto balances into a range of different fiat currencies, with nine currently offered.
This means that crypto casino customers have the chance to play games that do not natively support crypto, increasing the content that is available for them to enjoy.
Research conducted by SOFTSWISS has now found that the vast majority (85%) of all bets that are being placed at crypto casinos that are powered by the SOFTSWISS casino platform use its in-game currency conversion feature, even though it was only released by the firm last year.
Darya Avtukhovich, the head of casino platform at SOFTSWISS, explained in a statement how the in-game currency conversion has helped the company be at the forefront of crypto casinos.
“SOFTSWISS is one of the pioneers in crypto gaming and we continue to be a forward-thinking company, integrating features such as in-game currency conversion into our product,” she said.
“We understand the demands of the industry thanks to our experience and analytical work, and the result is the constant evolution of the SOFTSWISS casino platform, which maintains its status as one of the most reliable on the market.”
SOFTSWISS also found that about two thirds (65-70%) of crypto casino players who tried in-game currency conversion continued to place over 90% of their bets through the feature.
Furthermore, the SOFTSWISS report shows crypto casinos enjoy a higher retention rate of customers who are using in-game currency conversion compared to those who are not. The finding is likely to lead to more crypto casino sites embracing the SOFTSWISS innovation.
The betting volume that has been generated through the in-game currency conversion feature so far is estimated to have reached up to 85% of the total betting volume in crypto casinos.
SOFTSWISS claims that this figure is also up to 21% in crypto and fiat casinos, showing that there is still lots of room for growth when it comes to the in-game currency conversion feature.
The company, which has around 1,400 employees, is set to be among the iGaming firms that will be presenting their latest developments at the upcoming SBC Summit Barcelona 2023
