Crypto casino releases new esports-themed slot game
An esports-themed slot believed to be the first game of its kind on the planet has been released by one of the world’s top online crypto casino sites.

In a statement, he added: “These are qualities that Imperial translates into its way of playing. Imperial: Operation Rio is made for the public of one of the best esport teams worldwide.”
Esports betting at crypto casinos is also becoming increasingly popular around the world. There was a huge spike in esports betting during the global COVID-19 pandemic when many sports fans were denied the chance to bet on typical action, creating a wealth of new opportunities.
In the slot Imperial: Operation Rio, players can win a maximum pay of 15000 times the total bet, while there is a bonus mechanic directly inspired by the CS:GO esport.
CEO of Imperial Esports Felippe Martins explained that the launch of Imperial: Operation Rio is the first “exclusive and really thematic” game for an esports organisation ever to be made.
Justin Le Brocque, Sportsbet.io’s head of marketing, added: “With the release of the Imperial: Operation Rio slot, we took our partnership with Imperial to another level, creating a unique entertainment experience for our users.”
